Small studio. Serious engineering.
We started Mechane Forge because too many teams spend their days copying data between tools and too many AI solutions never leave the demo stage. We build the ones that ship.
The ancient Greek word for a device, a contrivance or a clever means of getting something done. It is where the English word machine comes from.
Machines, made by hand.
A mechane was a purpose-built device. A forge is where something useful is shaped with care. Put together, that is how we work: every system is purpose-built for the job in front of us, and made properly. We are an engineering studio rather than an agency, which means the people who scope your project are the people who write the code.
The principles behind the work.
Automate the boring first
The best first project is the repetitive task nobody likes. It pays back quickly and builds trust for bigger work.
Humans stay in charge
AI should draft, sort and suggest. People approve what matters. We design for that from the start.
Plain language, honest scope
If something is a bad idea or not worth building, we will say so. Fewer, better projects beat a long backlog.
Leave nothing locked in
Standard tools, documented systems and full ownership. You should be able to walk away from us at any time.
Mechane Forge, in brief.
One studio. Any timezone.
We work with teams and companies worldwide, fully remote, with overlap hours agreed up front and everything written down.
Have something that should run itself?
Tell us what is slowing your team down. We will come back within one working day with an honest view on whether it is worth building and what it would take.
